This is a really special parcel of land. It's all wooded, with the exception of a campsite but the woods are open and easy to walk through. There is a good trail from the right of way entrance, up to the campsite, about a 1/4 mile in. From there, you can continue uphill and connect with the pinnacle trails on the back side of this property. Picturesque stone walls border the property. There are a couple small brooks that lead to rough pond sites. With the right vehicle, in the summer, you might be able to drive the ROW to the beginning of the land. The right of way into the property is long; perhaps best suited for an off the grid cabin or camp. The openness of the forest would make a great adventure playground!
